Leaves/Fall

Your crisp smell tickles my nose

And I feel giddy because the leaves are changing color

What beautiful mountains we have

And caramel apples are wonderful

Let’s have some apple pie and celebrate

Halloween is coming and I am so excited

A day where you can be someone else

Or perhaps you can be the real you

This fall thing is a splendid one

Don’t blink or you will miss

God’s very special gift
