Dirty Hands
My hands get so dirty,
Most all of the time.
I get dirt under my nails,
But I don’t seem to mind.
I’ve got peanut butter on…
…my knuckles,
And jelly between my fingers.
I’ve touched something stinky,
And the smell of it still lingers.
Now, my Mom says it’s time
For me to stop and come inside,
And if my hands are still clean,
She’ll give me a big surprise.
Well, my hands aren’t quite clean,
And if she sees um she will sicken.
So, when my Mom’s not looking,
I lick um.
