the driveway
on his bike,
a happy child like,
innocent smile
radiating across his face
The sun is overcast
steamy hefty clouds
engulf fragments of blue sky
clinging with cheerful optimism
to the atmosphere
and yes the look
on David's face lingers........rises
spreads it's hopeful rays
through the present moment
