Into this world we pass but for a moment

Mom yells as clouds break

Sleep works edge of sun

Clouds call us to sail on by

Love is free

Play while you can

A difference in love we see

She was the dreamer

I am seen

Keep me in your life

As the wind and rain

Live in our life

Song on wind

We are the willows of time

Song that I feel

Words oaf the heart we steal

In corners of time pressed hard

The poet sings to the bard

I have my time

Whiskey

As measure of her pure wine

Lover in pride

Smile on  side

Whisper to see

Truth in her eyes

Light of life

Signs in mirrors

Burn bright

So it is I cry

Longer each night

Moon on a one room

Pillow and kitten clean

Some live to dream

Jeans old torn by heart ache

Wonder the knife

Lord knows as the wild birds go

Man keeps his vestige planned

Chronicles ride

Heart my inside

Pride in corners lied

A song surprised

Hair into neolith

Stars burn the story rant

Time as the piano plays

Last of son on face

Guitars die-hard

String’s forty

Screams drink down

We go slowly in memories

Mom calls in last of children lost

One room cast clean

Dream John dream

"In corners of time pressed hard The poet sings to the bard" - I like these lines especially. This is a unique poem with a dream-like quality. You evoke many images throughout this piece, drawing emotion along the way. Great work!

Sheila
