As I had mentioned in my bio, I'm going to be posting a series of short stories very soon. Back a few years ago, I decided to write a poem per main character to give people a taste of their personality. Here is the Third. The Other two are "Lotus Blossom" and "Bedroom Window"
Cold and fierce are the eyes of a thousand judgemental faces as they stare into my soul and condemn me for that which they could never comprehend-- so they show their backs in closed-minded fear. And in turn, I reply with my own fear and angst and let myself be judged. In my silence I scream for mercy and comfort while those same eyes grow morbid as my soul is condemned to internal and personal death.
