People come into our lives for

many different reasons,

some may come and go

like the changing of the seasons.

But you have made a difference

like no other has before,

filling my world with happiness

and opening a door.

One that had been closed

for far too long my love,

I believe with all my heart

you were sent from God above.

For years I walked in darkness

living only day by day,

nope hopes for what tomorrow may bring

until you came my way.

I wonder if you realize

how special you truly are

that in Heaven’s twilight sky

there shines the brightest star

that represents your heart

and everything you do

my love, my friend my everything

my one and only YOU.
