Poem Artwork

 i know they say

be happy with the moment
be happy where you are
but i can't satisfy
my soul's hunger
if i remain where Iam
so I-
let my future
collide with the present
keep on living
through the eye
of my imagination
as I make
the future the present
the current the past
and experience
a sense
of double identity
oh child,
where hath thy
loyalty go
when you know
this is adultery
let go of the old man
leave that consciousness
behind
let it die
so you can
fully awaken
in thy mansion
that was once
a probability
now- a reality
out of shadows
it emerges as you
spring this state
to life.

Reviews of "probabilities and thy mansion"

The "old man" hasn't entered my mansion, yet. And I'm now confined largely to that mansion. But my thoughts range the entire world and thankfully for the Internet, I have access to almost every corner of this wonderful world, so I'm happy where I'm at and not seeking to go somewhere else anymore. I have roamed this country enough to see both its greatness in both landscape and people. And my small incursions into the greater world shows me that people everywhere are the same as me. Making me also happy to be where I'm at and looking forward to a brighter future.

That's what your poem brings out in me with a high probability.
