all day, all night
you'll hear
Mr. fix-a-lot
alone in his shed
his own sanctuary tool spot
broken window,
broken door,
three, four, five
holes in the roof
for him, those are
easy tasks
he does it gladly
cheerfully, sometimes
without money attached
storm came, category five
too many houses
in his neighborhood
lined up to be renewed
but Mr. Fix-a-lot
went missing
nowhere to be found
his house too got destroyed
except for his
precious tool hut
his neighbors prayed
for his return
nobody has seen him
nobody knows
but every night
they hear the sounds
"clank clank clank
blog blog blog"
their houses getting repaired
hammers, nails, saws
and even planks of wood
on their own
up on thin air
repairing their roofs
they hurriedly checked
Mr. Fix-a-lot's shed
those were his tools
restoring the neighborhood
before the sun would rise
all his tools
would be back to their places
and neatly hanged
just like how Mr. Fix-a-lot
arranges after a tiring job
the whole town
thanked him
and honored his work
he and his tool shed
have now become
the legend of the whole town.
Listen to this, sounds like Club Borealis! Yes be kind to drug dealers and laugh when you draw the last straw! LMAO! Oh dear, honey, baby, the lessons just keep unfolding. I'll take detention. I never did learn how to conjugate verbs, but
"i am laughing
at myself
how it all turned out
i have become the words"
What a metallic, razor-cut line. So sharp!
About "my previous judgments" I had a ticket that was quite expensive way many much lunch (tongue twister) long ago...I'm doing better now and you certainly are. Thank you for so much inspiration along the way.
