Keep Building On!   I feel frustrated with the continual hindrance At times imposed emptiness exasperates me And hovering, is that false sense of loneliness   Though I am so filled with love, happiness and joy A little sadness sometimes flits like a hummingbird Who's drawn by the nectar; that sustains its energy   I swallow those bitter pills you lace with untruths And they ease through my being causing no ill effects Yet ironically I notice you seem more affected than I   As you prolifically spin and weave bristling yarns You’re designing garments to suit your own needs And textures and colours seem obscenely obscure   My comfort resides within my solid foundations My honour enhanced by the trust I have earned But you weaken yours every time you build on!   © Elga ~Indigo~ 4 November 2006 – All Rights Reserved 07H13PM
