Angel Of The Night

          As I sit and wonder why

Has it come to this…

I have lost it all…must lust for life…love

It is no longer here…now

An Angel of the Night appeared…

She had a glow…so full of grace

I saw a tear roll down her face…

She feels my pain…

“I’m sorry Angel…I have tried”

My pain and sorrow is much to deep…my pain

The Angel of the Night sat by my side

“Please child…take my hand”

I placed my hand in hers…we began to glow

“My gift to you”

I felt my pain and sorrow fade

A power so deep inside…

My heart mending…

Then the Angel of the Night was gone again

My words to all who will listen

A broken heart will always mend

And if an Angel comes to you

Do not fear her…she brings you love and strength

For Angels are always among us…
