Little lighting bug
Shineing your light
On a dark night
Don't you give up
Many will come
Seeing your light
There is safety
In numbers
You will dispel the darkness
Satan does not
give up
Nor does his co-hearts
We can beat him
If we try
Do not get discouraged
Stay positive
It is not the end yet
The struggle must go on
You will know
When to let go
Jesus will tell you when

Your uplifting and inspitrational poetry causes me to recall my first Sunday school teacher, Mrs. Ivy Patton (now deceased) who taught me to sing 'This Little Light of Mine' when I was just 3 years old, as she sat me atop her lap at the piano! Forty years later, I found her again and thanked her for the seeds of love she had planted into my life, and told her of my own ministry and the fruit it was bearing because of her. She was gladdened in heart and we wrote back and forth with great joy, until she passed within that year.
So now, 20 more years later, here I am recalling her again.. and all because of your splendid poetry that shines its light into the hearts and minds of the reader.
The LORD is great and greatly to be praised - and so is your work for Him!
