During the bustling daylight
of my life, afraid of living,
wasting the sunshine of
youth, I blindly followed
the "fight for peace"
tradition-- not knowing
my brother,
No other answer.
Until the shadow softened
night, nocturnal meditations
of age, the rage subsiding,
the blind eyes opening...
I began to see, that peace
is in the knowing of
my brother
So very very true...what would this world be like if we looked for the similarities in one another and for the good in one another instead of the negative, the "bad", the "evil", the differences... the faults...
