There--IS--Life-Eternal
To say what really matters, to sum it all up
It takes a contrite, and broken heart, with which, ALL must start,
For our Father in Heaven, thru His Son, Jesus, to fill our empty cup.
Set us apart.
The battle is raging, it's satan's last, desperate, hay-day
he wants to take as many with him, for his hope was long ago, lost
He uses you against you, all your senses, does he manipulate, to betray
But Jesus won the battle , He paid, for us, the cost!
So seek Him now while you can, for time is getting short
The signs are every where to see, read any news report.
Our morals are falling at such a huge rate, perversion, is normal, and OK
Whatever--NOW!--dictates, like sheep, we accept, and obey!
He says, to ask, seek, and knock, and He will be there, for you
He never lies, He never fails, He wants to rescue, you, and makes it easy
To Do.
Admit to yourself and to Him too, that your heart inclines toward selfishness,
and, is filled with evil things, that you do your best to keep hidden and in check,
but are there, none the less.
He'll do the rest, just trust, that your plea,
will be applauded by all of Heaven, and heard,
by our marvelous Trinity.
