The aftermath of a terror attack





 

"She was beautiful’ they said, 'as she lay there dead in her body-bag'...the copper extinguished his fag.

...the copper extinguished his fag.

He exhaled the girl's description in a puff of stale tobacco smoke.
In so doing, she evaporated into the polluted air.
