Poem Artwork

“Close the door,

Let me give you what you’ve been waiting for.”

She’s made you happier than you’ve ever felt

And now she’s starting just below your belt.

You listen to the music as she moves about,

While you lean back and want to shout.

She’s only just begun to give you such splendor

As you make sure you have closed the door.

Your eyes get misty and you start to moan

Sweet words to her while she works on her own.

Such euphoria you’ve both experienced before

But what she’s doing now makes you beg for more.

You look down to see the back of her head

Moving gracefully, slowly and you take her to bed.

Your hearts beat together in rhythm and time;

Who would have thought just bliss was sublime?

There’s one last measure she makes as you hold your breath

Not daring to move quickly and scare her to death.

Keep going, baby, that’s all you can think

As she looks up and her eyes give a wink.

Her pace becomes rapid and you gasp for air

As she finishes and you clasp her blond hair,

Pulling her up to be face to face

Kissing her deeply to slow down the pace.

The cycle completed, you lay arm in arm

And look at her loving as just one kind of charm

She can use to unravel you and make it feel good.

Out of bed she hops, gets dressed and moves to the door

Leaving you there, stranded, begging for more.

A smile crosses her lips as she throws you a kiss.

“See ya tomorrow, same time, and didja like all this?”

With that she’s gone even though you want more

But she’ll return tomorrow and again close the door.
