I Spend My Days


 


I spend my days thinking of you


I spend my days hurting for you


I spend my days longing for you


I spend my days seeing you in them


I spend my days wondering and asking why


I spend my days aching whispering “don’t cry”


I spend my days empty from where you were


I spend my days in the echoes of love not there


I spend my days pretending to survive


I spend some days still glad I’m alive


I spend my days...
