thinking of how it is said

breath is named and numbered
as is the beat, the beating of your heart

if we know each and every breath

we will find home, in the beat
if we know love is in our hearts
to know it is to know yourself
and to love who you are

I hear the universal heart beat
when I know the beat of my heart
I will hear the identity of life
when I know my breath, by name
