I can't help it, I'm Scared
I am afraid everytime "I say I love you"
Scared you'll leave me wanting
you've said you feel the same way too
but I've been hurt by others cunning
Promises given but never meant
have hurt my heart and buried it
now it's locked in emotional cement
my husband broke through or so I thought
but now I'm back to that scared little kid
because I met the most amazing you!
I send messages of my undying love
if you don't answer, I wonder what I did
I know it's not you and your words are true
I'm just afraid You will get bored or tired of me

I can not prove love
is must on it own mature
That I love you is for sure
I can not be with you
