I don't know about all of you, but there have been times that I've sat down to a meal somewhere and the host or hostess asks a particular person to say a prayer of grace. I've witnessed people at times go completely blank or will say something dumb like, 'Through the lips and over the tongue, look out stomach, here it comes.' I just thought that a simple prayer of grace in poetic form, that's easy to remember, might help someone say what they really feel. So, here it is.
