I'm scream for you to save me with every bit of my being but but bearly a breath comes from my lungs.
I'm dying inside but I've never looked more alive.
I'm aching to be close to you but there are miles between us with your by my side.
There's nothing left of us but dust on the ground yet I swear we can still grow together.
I've never felt so alone and had so many people depending on me. I want to run but I have nowhere to go. I want us to work but I'm watching us die.
I want to tell you I love you but all I say is goodbye.

I could wait forever but I'm so tired of the fight that I let you walk away.
I lay here motionless but falling in an endless pit, drowning in my pain.

I'm giving my all and yet it falls into the obyse never reach across the distance between us.
I screaming you deserve better but it echoes back to me never reaching your ears.
I know that it's TRUE but I don't want to leave you behind.
I tell you I love you and you say that's fine.
I realize it's time but your still on my mind and walking away hurts.

Divorce is never easy for anyone. Your poem counts the numerous ways that separation affects the marriage and leads to divorce. Many who make that leap that you are on the edge of eventually find that they shouldn't have. And others find it to be a relief once it is done.
