Dark Realm...

I was almost there.
I stood there, at the edge,
looking into the darkness -

A place where dark rain falls,
filling an ocean of tears,
choking the life of every young sprout.

A place
where sorrowful souls wander and cry in sadness;
where the insane souls laugh in tears,
and the sound of despair was heard aloud,
echoing off from every mountain and leafless tree.

Crisp, cracked branches,
too weak
to let the teary souls hang dry.

Wind blowing!
Tides roaring!
Sad souls braving high tides,
swallowing madness, and sorrows!
Drowning!

I wonder if I could wish upon a star,
and if my wish would come true .
I would call out your names, and
I would hold your hands and lead you,
emerge you from this darkness

Then, perhaps...
your souls will dance once again
to the joy of the guiding lights
from above.
