She of fine wispy hair a silky blonde

Demands from my heart a strong bond

Stunning eyes proudly confront my gaze

Little hint as to what behind them lays

Into their depth I’m too easily drawn

Of all conscious thought I’m shorn

Held out to me her small so dainty hand

The call no request but royal command

Into my arms she enthusiastically jumps

Against my chest my heart now thumps

Not some Hollywood romantic mush

Much more a junkie’s chemical rush

My life changed, a destiny pre-defined

She will never now leave my mind

Adrenalin races whenever she’s due

Bringing special times once so few

Her soft nature so joyous and wild
