We are half a world apart. It is only sometimes we can meet in reality.

I am haunted by goodbyes.

As family members break the ties

That bind us close together in harmony.

I cannot stay for my home is far away

And calling me to friends now missed.

A husband's kiss

And Joy in grand kids playing.

But you are my twin.

We are happiest when we are close knit together!

We know when we shall be again collected and complete?

So I stand at the airport and know that I am haunted

by goodbyes...

ah the tides and eddies that take us away from home and the secondary support systems that we create on the road, and the wrench of having to choose between

I like this one
