Wonder At The Wonderful

You are but the inner glow
of something greater.

Of life’s unloved, of love unknown
the eternal, intangible gift.

The moon lit stark amongst
wonder
Your soul, wandering throughout heavens
And what for your kindly smile?
A billion bright stars for the taking.

A four leaf clover, alone in a field
plucked innocently
by tender years.
A young heart searching forever,
found.

You are but the inner glow
of something greater.

My friend Tim's father is Les. He was one of the most imspirational men I've ever met. Very sensitive, very gentle and kind. He was one of my first tastes of great personal leadership.
