Fear often keeps people from moving forward, regardless of how awful their present life may be - even if it feels like love. What will be, will be.

Aw, you let her off the hook a bit better than i would have . . . Sure, I would wish her love and happiness . . . But with me . . . By now, I would be wondering if I was just convienant, and who will be the next convienent guy when she decides to stray from the marriage bed again . . . There is an old Faron Young song, "Your Time's Coming" that this situation reminds me of . . .
