Iam just a little sick of being shafted by our political leaders.

Tell me once again

Why I should bow and pray

And thank my lucky stars

I have you to show the way

While the gentleman’s clubs prosper

The rest of us are poor

Create a little diversion

And send us off to war

You have the power to save this planet

To feed and clothe us all

To lead with love and compassion

And catch us when we fall

But, instead you choose division

To keep us on our chains

You say I should be thankful

Tell me once again!
