Life is a drama
In this play
I am a mere character
God is the Director
He knows the script
Yet, I choose my own lines
Live out each act
Choose my own role
I wonder continually
What is this play about
This is only a rehearsal
Those who get their lines right
Go up on stage
Those of us who don’t
Continue rehearsing until
We get our lines right!
