As long as I can remember From January to December A woman gave me birth To set upon this earth Nurtured and cherished me Content to let me be After marriage another woman took her place Cared for our children with such grace Her life one of sacrifice Before I married twice Regrets I have a few But I wanted someone new Now my mother fights her battle With courage, resolve, and mettle The cancer cannot overcome The love I have for mom My first strong woman who carried me Before she set me free Many strong women in my life Through good times and strife Always a soft caress To soothe my recurrent distress Thank God for creating Eve For this poor refugee �

Oh man, I wouldn't wish cancer on my worst enemy... after watching my wife battle it, I totally agree that women are a lot stronger, have more courage, and a love that no illness can kill...
