BROKEN
 
 
I DID AS TOLD,
 
HOPING FOR SOME SMALL TOKEN.
 
 
 
I LOST MY VOICE,
 
MY WORDS SHALL NOT BE SPOKEN.
 
 
 
I SEARCH FOR SOLACE IN SLEEP,
 
ONLY TO BE VIOLENTLY AWOKEN.
 
 
 
I YEARN TO BE WHOLE,
 
INSTEAD I AM BROKEN.
