If only you could be with me to share my Christmas day,

If only I could hold your hand and a 'Merry Christmas' say.

If only I could see that little twinkle in your eye,

then one more time I'd speak this line:

',I'll love you 'til I die.' 

If only I had said it more in day's that now are gone...

instead of spending 'busy days' without my darling one.

If only you could live again I'd spend more time with you,

I'd give more kind and better praise for those things

you'd gladly do.

If only I had one more chance

to tell you what you've meant

but all I have is sweet recall

of precious moments spent.
