Focus

Focus your vision on things that are near,

Focus your hearing on things that are clear-

Focus your thinking on things that are pure,

Focus your doing on people in need!

Why should you focus so much in this life?

Focus will keep you from living in strife-

Each time you focus your heart will be sure

That someone close by could use a good deed!

Too many people live life at its best 

Fulfilling themselves; forget all the rest-

Life is too short to be worried, they say,

With those who probably just need a friend!

Jesus was focused for all of mankind,

To give of Himself, He never did mind-

His perfect example is still good today,

And will keep us focused, until the end!
