Shake me wake me there’s a nightmare in my house I am Requesting to go home but already there It’s an ongoing sequel from the moment I wake up episode number give me a *break Throw this nonsense in somebody’s lake Hell all coming out their mouth don’t even realize… If I were Rip Van Winkle in my flower bed of ease I would’ve kept sleeping another 20 years and not have even cared… But there is a nightmare living in my house…and Freddie is no Joke…no it aint no hoax…. The woman is screaming like somebody is after her Is she crazy or is her character out of place cut for the chase…. So unnecessary it makes the movie seem more frantic, disturbingly dramatic….. The audience going into a blistering suspenseful panic To feel sorry for her But who is feeling sorry for me, like some cat stuck up in a tree… Where is the fireman and where is the prince in his armor I guess out to lunch eating donuts All overweight don’t even have the guts to step up to the plate This is everyday gotta pick a dinosaur bone Can I just be left alone,,,,,stop calling me annoying me on the land-line phone Ancient history… You see I don’t want to yell haven’t even got the strength to shout all I am saying wake me up cause I simply want out….

There is a gist in the guts and sinew of this piece that is easy to feel but not easy to put a finger on specifically. Perhaps it's just a work of imagination, or perhaps a wayward husband, or perhaps besetting demonic spirits, or perhaps just the yearning for the savior to intervene. I do like the simile you've chosen, i find it at once droll but also mysterious because of the what if's. Enjoyed this Val ... r
