A poem about my life's mission.

Heavenly Emblem

Hatred once lived in my soul,
And when someone crossed me,
My heart became so cold,
But then Christ came to me,
And He’s changing Destiny into gold.
 
Success and independence was my food.
Truly, the pleasures of this world lured me,
Dictating my decisions and even my mood.
Now I read my Holy Bible
To lean how to have a right attitude.
 
Now, my heavenly emblem
Is the Cross,
Therefore, I must proclaim to them
The glorious hope
That exists in another realm.
 
I must proclaim
To spiritually dead women and men
That eventually
Life will come to an end.
 
My heavenly emblem
Is to witness to people
And honestly tell them
That Christ is their soul’s anthem.

I like your title, "Heavenly Emblem." The symbol of death, the cross, became a heavenly emblem when Jesus Christ hung there under the burden of our sin. Now it is a symbol of life and hope to all who turn to Him for forgiveness, even as you have.
"Christ is their soul's anthem" What a wonderful thought--a wonderful Destiny!

Yes, you must profess your christianity to all you can. Jesus does save. We must only take him as he is. He died on the cross to save us from our sins. It is a good message to tell the world. You start with this poem and it will go on to others.
