With all my books, I use poetic chapter headers (Since it is impossible to obtain copyright permission to song lyrics). This opens the books and says a great deal about my current novel, "Fill My Eyes".
Fill my eyes
Fill my eyes with tears
And of simple dreams yet untold
The sweet lullabies of forgetfulness yet to unfold
Fill my eyes before the fear of reality takes hold
This is a powerful opening for your book and a piercing commentary in itself. It is sooo sad.

What words to describe the deepness of the heart! After reading the book that you wrote, "Fill My Eyes" this poem so describes the debth that you feel about children and life. Children are so special and don't deserve to be hurt and your poem at the beginning of this book tells it all. I can't wait to read the next one that you write.
