We are what we feel and think

We are our view of the world

We are such beautiful creatures

We have done much good

Sometimes lost yes

But we have come far

The world does not happen to us

No

Instead we happen to the world

There are no limitations except

The ones we place upon ourselves

Because

We can be thankful

We can see beauty

and

We can love.

Very well written Liz as I am one of the happiest people around and many say they can see that right away. Thank you for sharing.

Liz, what a fantastic way to say we are responsible for the quality of our lives? Our perspectives,or views, certainly play a major role, but we decide our perspectives, and we can change them at any time.
Thank you for such a gentle, poetic dose of reality.
These are my thoughts on your "Thoughts and feelings."

Wonderfully penned Liz. A good reminder for all of us in today's world of negativity.
