Changing yourself mentally, physically and spiritually does not happen overnight. The process of change takes much time and energy, so do not get discouraged. While focusing on this program you will begin to see the changes in yourself as they start to occur. I felt exceptionally proud of myself when I saw myself begin to change for the better. My self-esteem improved and I no longer cared what others thought about me. For the first time I was concerned about what I thought, not what others thought. Believe me, once you begin working on this program you will begin seeing results and realize that this program is worth doing.

Remember, you cannot say you want to change, you have really to want it to do it. The motivation to want to change has to come from within your heart. Saying you want to change is easy, but you have really to want it to do it for it to happen. Otherwise, the change will never occur. Such as:

Connection between the mind, body and soul

The benefits of patience

Hot baths

Mediation: how to make it work for you

Using other types of positive imagery

Letting go negative imagery that you have stored in your mind

The psychological benefits of stretching and exercising

Keeping a psychological - spiritual journal

Taking an inventory of yourself

Creating your own goals

Learning how to achieve those goals

Developing productive goals for at home and on the job

The benefits of daily practice

Something to think about. Something to work on.
