Chanti dear, this is a fantastic work of the inner soul. I am a dream child too, and will always be, I suspect. We dream od things we cannot have, but wish we did. We dream of a life that has eluded for so long. We dream of making money, and being the boss. We dream. I have also stood at the edge of that cliff of fragile glass. This very good Chanti. Oh and BTW, we ALL NEED a break (giggles). may the Lord Jesus bless you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. The graphic image and your beautiful and meaningful verses unite to convey a message that goes deep in my soul, dearest Chanti. You may well need a break, dear (as few know more than I), but not from your creative works, as they are getting better and better rather than paling. This is an excellent example of such. The brevity yet beauty, 'disconnected thoughts' yet meaningful...and the very wise usage of each line...proves you are still one of the 'greats.' Bless you, dear heart, and keep yourself healthy. THAT is more important than anything else!

Wow! Chanti, that is such a beautifully written piece for a train of thought. It's sad that the real world interupts or dreaming all too often. You will be missed very much...I for one will eagerly await your return in the not too distant future.
Oh Chanti I so so hope you will change your mind. You are a delight to read and your messages stir the hearts and souls of your fellow writers. There are times though and yes I do understand that we do need to change directions and walk a different path but I hope your new path will soon rejoin us on ours.
We seem to be on the same page today...dreaming of what may be, what was and what may never be...dreaming of the future, memories of the past & not knowing where to go or what to do when we get there...I know these feelings well though you have written of them with much better imagery than I ever did...enjoy all these feelings as afterall, they ARE LIFE!
