Even when the worst is finished
And the storm waters recede
Kindness shall not be diminished
In your time of greatest need
For we feel the weight you carry
And the burdens you must bear
Knowing that your spirit, wary
Needs the love of those who care.

In the face of utter madness
Is an everlasting light
That brings hope amid the sadness -
Calmness to the fear and fright
We will be forever with you
Until every need is met
For the hardships you have gone through
We will not soon forget.

Even when the worst is finished
And the toll has last been known
Kindness shall not be diminished
And you’ll never walk alone
For we’ll be right there beside you
In our hearts and souls, indeed
Giving all that we can accrue
In your time of greatest need.
