Waiting for my rice to cook Trying to recover from Flying blind and being dumb Hoping that my latest book Will in spite of everything All my eccentricity Prove a worthy offering Since it is the heart of me And all that I have left of What I once mistook for love
In any case I am free Never mind the backward look Alone with this cup of tea Waiting for my rice to cook
some rice sticks to the bottom of the pot.......and some people think the burnt offerings are delightful!!! I am serious.........

Overdone rice like overdone marriage leaves a bad taste in you mouth.
It's great to see you back to posting positive writings, Stevie. It only gets better from here and you have no place to go but up! Reach high and soar.

Hey I think that I have to go and cook some rice Steve. When the memories come back of certain things. It upsets the stomach. Excellent write Steve.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly.
