"If as I fall I dream to fly"

Re / turning Turning from the incidental And commonday vacuities Returning to transcendental And everlasting verities I contemplate fundamental Things on October days like these Between the first day and the last Today is made of memories Dreams of the future from the past Surrounded by an autumn sky Aswirl with fall fluidity As leaves into the wind are cast Truth is beauty I find as I Find beauty truth enough for me Embracing these realities Autumnal and elemental Which I must learn to live and die If as I fall I dream to fly +Steven Curtis Lance Copyright MMV
