Of all past ambition I repent Especially the pursuit of love Left with little I am still content With what I have learned the hard way of Our life our world and our universe
And now I know what I have to do
I will make things better and not worse I will always be honest with you Love everyone as much as I can In the time given me till I die To live as a kind and simple man
Let us come together you and I And all of us as we face these days Lovers friends and enemies as one And we will remember this always Into the dark when our day is done
So short is our span on this plane of existance that yes STeve we must strive to follow such wise advise as suggested in this poem. If there be other planes, other levels or other existances then what we do in this one will surely have some bearing on where we will be in the next.
