for Daffodil

At half past never mind forever
And halfway to Joshua Tree
All the way out to whatsoever
And at half past insanity
If a gentle kind of quiet mind
I find what I thought I never
Would see when I left the world behind
Again but then again who knew?

I came here to see clear and I do
It is you my love I dream of
Though I am here I am there with you
Where you though there are here with me
At half past never mind forever
And halfway to Joshua Tree
