Told he was a sinner on Sunday
He said yes he was so hoped one day
To get some in commit some sin
Sold he asked when could he begin
He felt without but he knew within
How opportunity had never
Come between him and forever
Until a voice said in his head:
"Raised for heaven raise hell now instead"
Said might as well the hell you are in
He said what the hell might as well
"First thing in the morning on Monday"
So he lived and loved until he was dead
But prayed for forgiveness anyway
As he made his mark on society
Though mad so glad because he was me
I was a very glad man
Because a merry madman
I could have been a bad man
But I was not I forgave and forgot
So I was glad though some were not
Had they known how they would have been
Those who know now they should have then
Though I did and so I got rid
Of wondering when to find whenever
What if to mind whatever
Now as a very glad man
Because a merry madman
