Seeing the sunrise is good for my eyes
My heart and all the rest of me
Making me realize to my surprise
Though I have been so I would be
Being have lived and loved but would some more

That is what the sunrise is for
I suppose when my heart knows this is true
To not forget get up then get
Through my eyes to all the rest of me too
That what this is is this is it

There is no past nor future presently
The sunrise looks like opportunity

If we see the sunrise we are assured that we will live one more day. What we make of that day is up to us. Not assured that we will live till tommorrow, we've got to grab our lives and not let go. I can think of plenty of catch-phrases like that, but that doesn't give us the feeling there are more days. As you say, the sunrise is good for us Steven. Bob
