For Now No time like the present Now presented presently But only for now What it means not what it meant Or may mean someday Only what it means when Now is now to be Then again but now again How reality Persistently goes on Insisting this is when to Be for now and how To do it so I do Presently the only cure For what is ailing me All I know for sure With tomorrow failing me Unveiling yesterday For now until now is gone Will be enough for me If tomorrow never comes True for some of us Today is what becomes This is what becomes of us Between will be and was Now is what comes through What comes true and overcomes What it means is to see That for now is how it does Or not but either way: This is it because If there is an it to get For now anyway I am present for it Not tomorrow but today Steven Curtis Lance Photo by the Bakers as I was going out to unlock the gate
