Since I am I might as well be
Extraordinarily
Put me down as one who insists
On being one who persists
If not quite ordinarily
Put up with me while you can
For being a crazy old man
Seeing what you mean to me
And my being I say thank you
Being glad that you are too
Going through inclement weather
Knowing we went together
In a plague year on a Friday
Good knowing you anyway
