MY FATHER!...MY DAUGHTER! HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!! Pressing-on

A quiet person… with a six-foot stand A ... mellow light … certainly, a gentleman Our home was far better because of him His presence gave it… a…peaceful trim So full of wisdom… with a discerning eye Many of his …fruits… I remember with a sigh I’m thankful to God for putting him in my life His kindly words… calmed a lot of strife Always a hard worker and a good provider And…contrary or mean? What a wonderful tribute of love to your father. I can see it in your character today.

My father was also 6 foot, strong, and a good provider. We disagreed on a lot of things, but were together when it counted.
