Strength of body, strength of mind... No doubt, these things will get you through your time on the mortal plane, but, haven't you forgotten something in this equation - the heart; what about the heart? A strong body and a strong mind may protect your heart as you travel through all the hurts of time along your journey, but, is your heart able to survive when caught in the midst of such imbalance? A strong body and a strong mind need balance within the heart to maintain their strength; for without the use of our heart we are like a cold, hard lump of clay. No mould created, no heat, no compassion, and though a dead heart beats... it feels no warmth, sees no light - cannot distinguish day from night in the frost of its winter within. Perhaps one day, you may find a way to learn to merge the hurts with the joy, and allow your Love to live once more.
