Poem Artwork

When I hold you in my arms,
you wish it was someone else.
Then I become aware
that you are not mine.
You are only a mirage,
on the desert of my hope.

I dont have a hand to hold
God, please, hold my hand.
I dont have a shoulder to lean on
God, please, reside me in your core.
I dont have a path to walk
God, please, pave me the path of love.

I want to walk and show her
that a man is never alone
that a man is never alone.

I shall love again and again
and show the world that
tragedy doesn't hurt,
when every moment of your life
it's the only thing you ever felt.

Bravo, for such a positive attitude Bhuwan! You show
by example the difference in those who know the spirit
and those who don't!Yes love again and again, for it is
love that heals love.

Dear Bhuwan,

So sad and yearning, the loneliness of being alone, without a loved one by your side is so painful, although God is always besides you and has you in his care, may you soon find the love that you so richly deserve. A beautifully penned poem Bhuwan :)

warm hugs

I am confident that God indeed responds to such cries of the heart, Bhuwan, and your impassioned plea tears me up inside completely, wishing that I could be God's hands and heart right where you are to help you walk strong! You have many such friends here whose prayers, I am sure, are that you will know of such support embracing you. This last stanza has a sense of perpetuity about it that could be interpreted as either on-going pain or the living in the now that blots it all out. Also, that it could be the same love that returns again and again to perpetuate the sadness. To love is always to feel pain, but it is also to grow and abound into the fullness of person that we have been created to be; ultimately it will never be in vain or left unrewarded - inside or out! "Love is as strong as Death and more jealous than the grave", in that it does not give up... neither do you, I know. My love and prayers are ALWAYS with you. God bless. LOL Kate xx

Bhuwan, wonderful poem that weaves together a sense of loneliness and the realization that life is beautiful when lived to full - and then the determination to risk life and love always. Thanks,
