When one speaks of the devil it frequently turns thoughts to God. *******************

Lord! Look at me! Folks flock around. See? I'm out of my tree. Dealt You a blow with an apple's glow. It's hard to let go. Lord! I've recoiled in wars am embroiled ... see legions sin soiled? Fruit, scarlet red, made immortals dead. Did You think ahead? Lord! They don't care that You were real, there! Strike them down! I dare! I'm serpentine ... sinfully inclined. Once Yours ... they are Mine! Lord! Look and see my sweet victory--- is Your misery! They flock ... you see all society! I'm out of my tree!
